about the care
FourC Home's care is built around warmth, rest, and gentle recovery — never a strong or forceful massage. Each session begins with a warm foot bath and a cup of herbal tea, then moves through warm lava stones, salt pot therapy, and herbal and rice warming packs, paired with gentle hands-on bodywork and another cup of herbal tea to close.
Heated stones are used to gently warm the body, helping ease tension in the shoulders, back, and legs.
A traditional warming technique that gently warms the abdominal area and helps the body settle into deep rest.
Gently heated herbal and rice packs are applied to soothe tired muscles and help the body relax and settle into rest.
Each session begins with a warm foot bath and herbal tea, and closes with another herbal tea after the session — so you leave feeling cared for, not rushed.
for postpartum mothers
Your baby can stay nearby during your session. You do not need to arrange childcare in order to receive your session — feeding, holding, and soothing your baby during the visit are completely welcome, and the session can be paced around your baby's needs.
If you would like dedicated childcare during your session, we can introduce you to one of our partner childcare providers. Please let us know in advance so we can discuss available options.

After your warming care, enjoy time wrapped in the aroma of herbs and gentle, warm steam in your own home. The Herbal Steam Sauna uses 13 kinds of herbs; we bring the full sauna set and herbs and take care of setup and cleanup. Time in the sauna is adjusted to how you feel and how warm you become. The sauna time is separate from the care session time.

FourC Home was created for women — and especially postpartum mothers — to have a dedicated time to rest and be cared for. So much of the postpartum period asks mothers to keep giving, often while feeling cold, sore, and unseen.
Through warmth-based care rooted in Thai postpartum traditions and an understanding of the physical changes that come with the postpartum period, FourC Home offers a space to slow down and recover.
